Customer Success Representative

About the role

As a Customer Success Representative at Twizzit, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our SaaS solutions. You will build strong relationships, guide onboarding, and help resolve any challenges they encounter.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for customers across Dutch, English and French languages.
• Assist junior team members and share best practices.
• Gather customer insights and relay them to product and internal teams.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to drive issues to resolution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with enterprise‑level accounts.

Required profile

• Proactive, process‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills with strategic customers.
• Ability to take ownership of requests and see them through.
• Excellent follow‑up and stakeholder management capabilities.

Required skills

• Fluency or professional proficiency in Dutch, English and French.
• Experience in customer success, support, onboarding, implementation or account management.
• Background working with SaaS products and enterprise customers.
