Sales Representative – Eastpak, JanSport & Kipling (Antwerp)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our Packs team in Antwerp. You will be the face of three iconic brands – Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling – across the BELUX market, helping to shape their future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional account strategy in line with EMEA Go‑To‑Market priorities.
• Manage a defined portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Translate brand positioning into local account and distribution plans.
• Strengthen brand visibility and storytelling at the point of sale.
• Deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth across the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor sales performance, and provide market insights.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Finance and other commercial teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess market, competitor and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication skills to build long‑term partnerships.
• Ability to act as the voice of the local market for EMEA teams.
