Customer Success Manager (Remote, Belgium)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team serving a global digital ecosystem. You will be the primary point of contact for users, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly, empathetically, and professionally while driving platform engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries across digital channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Guide users through platform features, address concerns, and deliver clear solutions to complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and platform usage.
• Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining consistency, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Adapt communication style to diverse user profiles and cultural contexts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Japanese, Chinese) are a strong advantage.
• Experience in customer support or success, preferably in an international or digital‑first environment.
• High emotional intelligence and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage high request volumes, and maintain quality.
• Proactive, “can‑do” attitude with excellent organizational skills.
