Customer Service / Supply Chain Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Service and Supply Chain team in Brussels. The role supports the Belux supply chain for our coffee and tea brands, ensuring that out‑of‑home customers receive their orders on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the customer service team with daily operations, including contacting customers to confirm orders.
• Monitor and help achieve On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, Marketing and third‑party logistics partners.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements within the supply chain function.
• Participate in local sustainability projects related to the supply chain.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a business‑related study program, preferably with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
• Strong communication, analytical and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude, ownership of tasks and result‑driven mindset.
• Passion for coffee and tea, and interest in e‑commerce, sustainability and B2B.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English.
• Available for a 5‑6 month internship starting August/September 2026.
