About the role
EMAsphere is a fast‑growing SaaS scale‑up that helps decision‑makers turn financial and operational data into actionable insights. As a Customer Manager you will join the Services & Support team for Belgium and act as a trusted partner to help customers implement, adopt, and continuously improve the EMAsphere platform.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customers' current reporting processes and business needs.
- Configure and implement the EMAsphere platform to support decision‑making.
- Provide training, documentation, and functional support to turn customers into platform champions.
- Assist the Sales team and partners with product positioning, demos, and value articulation.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to Product & Development teams to influence product evolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management reporting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing financial software, management control, reporting or financial analysis.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, curious, and driven by continuous improvement.
