Customer & Logistics Service Internship (Back Office)

About the role

This internship supports the Customer & Logistics Service team in a back‑office capacity, acting as a bridge between customers, warehouses and forwarding agents. You will gain hands‑on experience in order management, shipment follow‑up and data analysis within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, sales teams and internal departments regarding order status and shipment tracking.
• Provide solutions and advice to customers via phone and email.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer follow‑up from order entry to delivery confirmation.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and assist in preparing reports.
• Prepare presentations for customer meetings and support ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a logistics or supply‑chain focus.
• Team‑player with a helpful attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative approach to handling challenging situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
