Customer Care & Sales Representative – Benelux (B2B)

About the role

The company is an international distributor of technical solutions and raw materials for industrial B2B customers. As a Customer Care & Sales Representative for the Benelux region, you will support commercial growth by nurturing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Build long‑term relationships through proactive communication and regular follow‑up.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and qualify new leads.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial offers and quotations in line with pricing guidelines.
• Process customer orders, coordinate with operations and logistics, and communicate order status.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs in the Benelux market.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, commercial support or a similar B2B sales role.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve commercial targets.
• Experience in distribution of chemicals, raw materials, industrial ingredients or technical solutions is a strong asset.
• Comfortable working across the Benelux market and building long‑term business relationships.
