Customer Care Consultant, Health

About the role

As a Customer Care Consultant in the Health division, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and their inquiries are resolved promptly. You will work closely with internal sales, supply chain, logistics and planning teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams.
• Provide timely updates on product availability, pricing, order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, planning and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer issues, propose effective solutions and balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong product, process and market knowledge to assist customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, order management or administrative support.
• Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
