CRM Instore Manager – Brussels

About the role

The CRM Instore Manager will ensure the accuracy and strategic use of customer data within the store, supporting the sales team and store manager in delivering a premium, data‑driven client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain the accuracy of customer data entered by the store team.
• Analyse Client Advisors' performance against CRM KPIs, MBOs and other metrics.
• Provide the Store Manager with individual performance overviews and strategic recommendations.
• Launch, monitor and optimise new CRM functions and tools in the store.
• Coordinate with the local retail team on system enhancements, reporting and customer list management.
• Generate and interpret in‑store reports to guide marketing actions.
• Develop and execute local CRM action plans aligned with the event calendar and business environment.
• Conduct regular CRM training sessions for sales staff.
• Support customer satisfaction surveys, feedback collection and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Strong retail background, preferably as a department or team manager.
• Proven track record in client development and service‑oriented sales.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis.
• Experience using CRM systems and other digital retail tools.
