Creative Catalyst – AI‑Driven Brand & Visual Lead

About the role

We are an international software company seeking a Creative Catalyst to lead the visual and conceptual direction of our brand. This role blends deep creative expertise with fluent use of generative AI tools to produce high‑impact content across campaigns, social media, video, email and web.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and own the visual language for brand initiatives from idea to final delivery.
• Lead the creative process for campaigns, content series and integrated brand projects.
• Guide designers, copywriters and other creatives, providing precise feedback and raising the creative bar.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs) to prototype, visualise and produce assets quickly.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, style references and AI‑assisted templates that reflect the brand vision.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging AI technologies, evaluating their relevance for the team.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in art direction, creative design or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original visual concepts and brand storytelling.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
