Country Manager – Mobility & Innovation

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead the rollout and governance of mobility and innovation services for a global automotive brand. The role focuses on developing business and profitability strategies, aligning local operations with pan‑European objectives, and ensuring compliance with European guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between local markets, regional functional departments, and senior management for approvals, advice, and coordination.
• Establish and continuously evolve the pan‑European business strategy framework for mobility asset‑based services, including profitability structures and performance reporting.
• Build and evolve the Business Strategy organisation at the European level to support rollout and governance of mobility business.
• Support local markets in creating operational organisations for mobility services.
• Collaborate with Product & Operations teams to refine the pan‑European product strategy.
• Conduct monthly business performance reviews, KPI analysis, and report to regional management.
• Communicate regional and global strategic guidelines to local entities and assist them in obtaining product approvals.
• Organise knowledge‑sharing activities between local entities and headquarters.
• Manage internal and external project resources and provide regular status updates.
• Identify and implement cross‑country synergies for time and cost savings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business or product strategy, preferably within the fleet or mobility sector.
• Proven experience in business management, including project oversight, budgeting, and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with network activation and mobility product implementation.
