Corporate & Project Finance Manager

About the role

BESIX Power, the renewable‑energy arm of BESIX Invest, is seeking a senior Corporate & Project Finance Manager to support its expanding portfolio across Europe. Based in Belgium, the role reports directly to the BESIX Power Director and combines strategic advisory with hands‑on financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end buy‑side M&A transactions, from opportunity screening to closing.
• Conduct financial due diligence, build valuation models and perform financial analysis for acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships.
• Support project coordination and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with KPIs and executive objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, engineering, tax, legal, operations) and external advisors, lenders and investors.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations for BESIX Power.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with strong commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, M&A and project finance within the renewable‑energy sector.
• Ability to advise senior leadership while managing detailed financial tasks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
