Corporate Paralegal – Brussels (Hybrid)

About the role

The company, a leading multinational materials technology group, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team in Brussels on a temporary basis. The role supports corporate legal activities and commercial contract processes, focusing on NDA review and contract database management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the regional legal team for Europe and Africa.
• Advise, draft and assist in negotiating confidentiality agreements using group templates.
• Manage the global contract database – coordinate regional access rights, train users and ensure data quality.
• Provide support in corporate law matters as needed.
• Assist in‑house lawyers with drafting, negotiating and administrating contracts with external partners.
• Prepare evaluations, reports and provide administrative support for projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, legal studies or a recognized Paralegal/Legal Assistant certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, notary office, public authority or corporate legal department.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using legal software, databases and contract management tools.
