Controller – Financial Reporting & Business Partner

About the role

Join Peripass as its first Controller and help professionalise financial reporting in a fast‑scaling SaaS + hardware environment. You will own the reporting flow, drive process improvements and build the financial foundations that guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management reports and variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure complete and reliable results.
• Design and maintain ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and the Power BI reporting environment.
• Define and optimise cost centres, cost types and reporting dimensions.
• Provide insights on costs, margins, recurring and one‑off revenue, and segment performance.
• Act as finance business partner, supporting colleagues with data‑driven decision making.
• Support the CFO with reporting for management, board and strategic finance discussions.
• Own the bi‑annual budget process, rolling forecasts and scenario planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and controlling, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with accounting teams and senior management.
• Ability to design and improve reporting structures and processes.
