Consultant Sustainability & Climate

About the role

Sia is seeking a motivated Consultant to support its Climate and Sustainability practice. You will work on internal projects that help clients navigate the transition to a low‑carbon economy while gaining exposure to consulting methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct techno‑economic studies and market analyses related to climate solutions.
• Prepare data‑driven reports, benchmarks and presentations for internal and client audiences.
• Support coordination, organization and change‑management initiatives across people and culture.
• Participate in knowledge‑creation activities such as workshops and publications.

Required profile

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics or Management.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in sustainable development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French required, German a plus.
