About the role

Sia is seeking a Consultant in Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation to help clients shape new digital strategies, design innovative business models, and roll out digital and mobile solutions that improve operations and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement digital strategies, operating models and mobile innovations for client projects.
• Lead initiatives in digital customer experience, online marketing, e‑commerce and data analytics.
• Deploy and configure marketing technology stacks such as Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead and Google solutions.
• Contribute to internal offer development, business development and commercial initiatives.
• Act as an entrepreneur within the role, driving personal career growth and team collaboration.

Required profile

• Master’s degree completed.
• Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience, journey design, CRM or customer analytics.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with the ability to quickly acquire expertise.
• Proactive team player with solid communication skills.
