Consultant in Energy and Utilities

About the role

Sia is seeking a motivated Consultant to join its Energy and Utilities practice. You will work on transformation projects for leading clients, helping them leverage data, AI and innovative processes to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as data structuring, analysis, benchmarking and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Support senior team members and gradually take on independent responsibilities.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
