Construction (Works) Manager Dredging

About the role

As a Construction (Works) Manager Dredging you will be the driving force behind the successful launch of multiple dredging mobilisations. You will translate tender plans into clear execution frameworks, ensure standardised processes, and continuously improve how projects are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Support several mobilisation projects simultaneously, turning plans into actionable execution frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to define responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare comprehensive material and equipment lists and oversee the start‑up of on‑site mobilisation.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks, flag issues, and propose process improvements.
• Gather best practices, develop standards, and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Utilise the project management manual and contribute ideas for its enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial sciences, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum eight years of operational experience on dredging projects.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch or additional languages are a plus.
• Solution‑seeker mindset with strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication skills for building relationships across functions.
