Construction Project Manager – Belgium

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of building projects in Belgium. Reporting to senior management, the role acts as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring that timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initial design through to final hand‑over, coordinating all phases to achieve on‑time completion.
• Manage cross‑functional logistics, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors to secure materials and services.
• Monitor compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and quality standards, conducting inspections and corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, tracking progress, risks and financial performance for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and make decisive decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with teams, clients and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in directing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
