Construction Planner

About the role

PM Group is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join a large‑scale construction project in the Flanders region. You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed schedules throughout the construction lifecycle, supporting the project team from early stages to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed construction stage schedules.
• Create and maintain project control tools, including critical path analysis.
• Lead interactive planning workshops and engage with the project team.
• Provide performance updates, variance identification and corrective actions.
• Identify, monitor and report project milestones.
• Produce regular schedule performance status reports for the project management team.
• Determine schedule resource requirements and communicate tools for target completion.
• Contribute to constructability reviews and maintain collaborative client relationships.
• Ensure execution aligns with the established Quality Management system.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with 5+ years of construction planning experience.
• Pharmaceutical construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction sequencing and logic.
• Experience with earned value management and home‑office engineering phases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Engineering or a related field.
