Concept & Graphic Designer – Marketing

About the role

As a Concept Designer / Graphic Designer you will bridge creative ideas and flawless execution, supporting marketing, sales and operations to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all food concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format proposals.
• Develop concept and design initiatives.
• Create marketing materials for operational campaigns, including POS and other visual assets.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied across all communications.
• Collect and translate customer and market insights into value propositions.
• Manage and expand the content library (copy + visuals).
• Implement and roll out design concepts with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• Proven experience in layout and graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Affinity for foodservice or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and independent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Copywriting experience is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch, French and English.
