Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Europe, you will shape and execute Orac's total rewards strategy for Belgium and commercial teams across several European countries. You will balance hands‑on operational work with strategic thinking to ensure consistent, data‑driven reward programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage European Total Rewards processes, including salary, benefits, and incentive programs.
• Execute the full annual reward cycle independently – budgeting, benchmarking, merit processes, and bonus/incentive calculations.
• Maintain accurate reward data and reporting for salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other metrics.
• Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as the go‑to expert for reward matters, supporting HR, Finance, and employees on salary, bonus, benefits, and incentive questions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Reward Management in an international context.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain reward concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational work and strategic improvement.
