Company Lawyer

About the role

PwC’s Internal Firm Services is looking for a Company Lawyer to join its Office of the General Counsel. The role supports the firm’s global operations by providing legal expertise on contracts, compliance and dispute matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and review contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across the firm.
• Monitor developments in statutes, regulations, case law and academic writings, especially in business, company and contract law.
• Manage disputes and support resolution processes.
• Oversee legal administration and statutory formalities for the firm’s legal entities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Belgian Law.
• Bar experience as a generalist, preferably with completed traineeship.
• Strong organisational abilities and familiarity with IT tools and Legal AI.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and professional secrecy.
• Proactive, client‑oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
