Community Marketing Lead

About the role

The Community Marketing Lead for lululemon in Brussels will design and execute regional marketing programs that inspire and connect local audiences. This role focuses on building brand awareness, familiarity and love across key markets while supporting overall brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly community programming and experiences with local run, train and yoga partners, aligning with brand campaigns and cultural moments.
• Manage relationships with premium gyms, studios, run clubs and shopping centres to create bespoke partnerships that grow awareness and acquire new guests.
• Project‑manage the 360° marketing strategy, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive retail performance.
• Coach store teams, lead quarterly strategy meetings and campaign enrollment sessions to strengthen brand equity.
• Oversee the Local Ambassador pipeline, approve programs and act as the primary lululemon representative with key opinion leaders and athletes.
• Control strategic materials, budgets and reporting tools to ensure effective execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in multi‑channel marketing and events, preferably in sports or wellbeing.
• Strong passion for movement, wellness and community engagement.
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
