Community Facilitator

About the role

Coloc Housing is seeking a proactive Community Facilitator to support its shared‑living homes in Brussels, Leuven and Liège. You will be the main point of contact for tenants, helping them settle in, maintain their homes and feel part of a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new tenants, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience.
• Organise property viewings and follow‑ups with prospective renters.
• Assist tenants with everyday practical and maintenance issues.
• Maintain regular communication with tenants, suppliers and technicians.
• Plan and execute community events such as BBQs, cafés and other social activities.
• Support the development and growth of the resident community across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong people‑orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Independent work style with good self‑management of schedule.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Based in or near Brussels, Leuven or Liège.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, community management or customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to learn practical and technical aspects of property management.
