Commercial Talent – Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

ERA is looking for a dynamic Commercial Talent to drive property sales across its fast‑growing network. You will act as the face of the office, building relationships, expanding the portfolio and closing deals in a vibrant real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads in your region.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations and guide buyers through the sales process.
• Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of properties.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and receive support from the office manager.
• Represent the company at events and in the community.

Required profile

• Well‑known in the local area and comfortable networking.
• Flexible, self‑motivated and able to work beyond traditional 9‑to‑5 hours.
• Highly ambitious, client‑focused and responsible.
• Team player who spreads positivity.
• Experience in real estate is a plus, but top performers from any background are welcome.
