Commercial Account Manager – Flanders & Brussels

About the role

Jaga Climate Designers is looking for a Commercial (Technical) Account Manager to develop and nurture relationships with housing organisations, developers, investors and other stakeholders in Flanders and Brussels. You will help customers navigate the energy transition and choose the right heating, cooling and ventilation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new commercial opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Advise clients on Jaga’s HVAC solutions and support them through the energy transition.
• Maintain a pipeline of projects, follow up quotations and keep opportunities moving.
• Represent Jaga at fairs, events and support installers.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and other regional Account Managers.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably with a network in construction.
• Social, approachable and able to build trust quickly.
• Persistent, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Curious and eager to learn about HVAC and the energy transition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Outlook and Excel.
