Racquets Supervisor – Junior & Adult Programme Lead

About the role

The Racquets Supervisor leads the Junior and Adult Racquets programme, delivering high‑quality coaching and ensuring an exceptional member experience. This full‑time position combines on‑court coaching with operational and commercial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Racquets coaching team, managing rotas, attendance, payments and recruitment.
• Plan and deliver Junior and Adult programmes, organise events, taster sessions, tournaments and social activities.
• Monitor participation, KPIs, P&L and departmental costs while managing equipment, stock and purchasing.
• Maintain court and facility standards, ensuring health and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in tennis/racquets or a related sports environment.
• Recognised tennis/racquets coaching qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness.
• Fluent in French and English, flexible to work evenings and weekends.
