Coach/Trainer for Senior & Junior Teams (T1 Men & Youth)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified coach/trainer to lead our senior (T1 men) and junior youth teams at national competition level. The role involves developing training programs, guiding athletes, and fostering a positive, ambitious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver weekly training sessions for senior and junior squads.
• Plan and execute match strategies and game-day preparations.
• Monitor athlete performance, provide feedback, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with club staff to ensure compliance with federation regulations.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and a growth mindset among players.

Required profile

• Possession of a valid federal coaching diploma.
• Experience coaching senior and youth teams at competitive level.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to a results‑driven, supportive atmosphere.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sport‑specific training methodologies.
• Ability to analyse match footage and performance data.
