About the role

The Royal Racing Club de Bruxelles – athletics section is seeking qualified coaches to join its team for the upcoming season. You will work closely with athletes to improve technique, fitness and competitive results, while ensuring a safe and motivating training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for athletes of various levels.
• Develop individualized training plans based on athlete needs and goals.
• Organize and supervise practice sessions, competitions and fitness assessments.
• Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback and adjust programs accordingly.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure the facilities are safe and well‑prepared.
• Collaborate with club staff to plan the season’s schedule and events.

Required profile

• Passion for athletics and proven experience in coaching or training.
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Commitment to the club’s values and objectives.
