Cluster Reservations Manager

About the role

Hospitality Talents is looking for an experienced Cluster Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function for a fast‑growing international hotel group in Belgium. The role will centralise and optimise reservations across the Antwerp portfolio, supporting recent acquisitions and the development of a multi‑property platform.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize conversion rates and maximise revenue generated by reservations.
• Oversee availability management in close collaboration with Revenue teams.
• Monitor KPIs (pick‑up, conversion, no‑shows, channel performance) and implement corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve the customer journey.
• Develop and standardise SOPs for reservations across multiple properties.
• Ensure data accuracy across PMS, channel managers and OTA extranets.
• Streamline booking flows and optimise tools and systems.
• Support integration of newly acquired hotels into the portfolio.
• Lead, train and support centralised or on‑property reservations teams.
• Act as the main liaison for Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and distribution strategies.
• Partner with Sales on group and event bookings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Reservations or Revenue Management within hospitality.
• Background in a multi‑property environment or large‑scale hotel operations.
• Experience with international hotel brands (e.g., Accor, Marriott, IHG) is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Channel Managers such as SiteMinder.
• Familiarity with RMS tools like IDeaS or Duetto.
