Cluster Director of Revenue Management

About the role

This strategic position oversees revenue management for four distinct hotels within a growing cluster in Belgium. As the commercial driver, you will shape pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies to deliver sustainable revenue growth across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a cluster‑wide revenue strategy, optimizing pricing, inventory and channel performance.
• Lead demand forecasting, budgeting and yield management while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Operations to align commercial strategy with on‑property execution.
• Communicate revenue actions clearly and influence decision‑making at all organisational levels.
• Oversee reservation performance and distribution mix, focusing on OTA optimisation and direct‑channel growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi‑property or cluster exposure.
• Strong forecasting and yield expertise combined with an analytical, structured mindset.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Revenue Management Systems and distribution platforms is highly valued.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
• Commercially driven, hands‑on, and passionate about hospitality performance.
