Cloud Engineer (Remote, EU)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to provide consultancy services on a B2B basis. The role is fully remote, starts as soon as possible, and is open exclusively to EU citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and lead the administration of large‑scale AWS or Azure environments.
• Integrate and manage sovereign cloud solutions such as Clever Cloud, STACKIT, Scaleway or S3NS.
• Utilise Cycloid for automation and orchestration of cloud resources.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure optimal cloud architecture and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud architecture and operations on AWS or Azure.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with a European sovereign cloud provider (Clever Cloud, STACKIT, Scaleway, or S3NS).
• Minimum 6 months of experience using Cycloid.
• Master‑level university degree (EQF Level 7) or equivalent 5 years of higher education.
• Professional proficiency (B2) in English.
• EU citizenship.
