Client Legal Administrator

About the role

As a Client Legal Administrator at CSC, you will join an international team that supports a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients. Working in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment, you will help design and maintain legal structures while ensuring compliance with regulatory and fiscal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret legal, regulatory and fiscal documentation for corporate and private client structures.
• Support the design, implementation and ongoing management of integrated corporate and private legal solutions.
• Act as a core team member, contributing to CSC’s reputation as a proactive provider of corporate services.
• Manage direct relationships with clients and prospects in Belgium and internationally, coordinating with lawyers, notaries and banks.
• Advise on the set‑up, optimisation and maintenance of legal structures in line with regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for legal and corporate structures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Management with a legal focus.
• Experience in financial services, corporate law, tax advisory, trust environments or similar fields.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, discreet and able to work independently.
• Motivated by learning, development and taking on increasing responsibility.
