Client Executive - Corporate Sales (M/F)

About the role

Marsh Belux is looking for a Client Executive to join its Sales Corporate team, based ideally in Ghent or Antwerp. This is a hybrid role with two to three days a week in the office. You will manage and retain an existing client portfolio while creating new revenue through proactive cross-selling and upselling, covering the Flemish region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to deliver best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.
• Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to run the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
• Serve as a client contact, answering complex client needs and questions.
• Stay up to date with changing market conditions and comply with compliance, professional and transparency standards.

Required profile

• A strong background in corporate or mid-sized commercial insurance, able to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio.
• Cross-class knowledge of Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills up to senior executive level.
• Fluent in Dutch and English is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
