Client Center Officer – Mass Affluent

About the role

As a Client Center Officer for the Mass Affluent segment, you will be the primary point of contact for private banking clients, delivering commercial and administrative support while promoting the use of digital tools. You will work from our Brussels headquarters, assisting clients remotely via email, phone, or video call, and ensuring a high‑quality, client‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, presenting suitable investment solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, process transactions, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain and update client files, including KYC documentation, contracts, and address changes.
• Support clients in using digital platforms and tools.
• Guarantee service availability by telephone and email during opening hours.
• Collaborate with the team and other departments to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or several years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial or client‑oriented role within the financial sector.
• Strong interest in investments and financial markets.
• Fluent communication skills in French and/or Dutch, with proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and service‑orientation abilities.
