About the role
As a Client Advisor for Louis Vuitton in Knokke, you will act as the face of the brand, delivering the iconic Louis Vuitton experience to every visitor. You will build lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the full range of products.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Welcome each client and provide an exceptional in‑store experience.
- Advise clients across all product categories, offering personalized recommendations.
- Develop long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in store activities that support overall goals.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavior standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and outstanding client service.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results.
- Professional attitude, responsibility, and ownership.
- Strong command of English and either Dutch or French.
