Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

All In is expanding its presence in the Belgian market and seeks a Client Acquisition Specialist to join its international team in Antwerp. The role is sales‑focused, relying on phone‑based outreach, lead follow‑up, and relationship building with both corporate clients and local landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of long‑term client relationships.
• Follow up on qualified leads supplied by the company.
• Identify, negotiate, and sell accommodation solutions to clients across Antwerp.
• Contact landlords to source housing that matches client requirements.
• Prepare commercial quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Record all interactions and activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer relations, tourism, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work independently.
• Valid VAT number (Partita IVA or equivalent self‑employed status).
• Residency in Antwerp and ability to work on‑site.
