Client Account Manager – Institutional Clients (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to serve as the single point of contact for institutional clients within a securities services environment. The role combines client relationship management with operational oversight, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and stakeholders stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge, analyse and follow up on client queries until full resolution.
• Provide accurate, timely updates to stakeholders with a client‑focused approach.
• Investigate root causes of claims, support preventive actions and manage escalation of operational issues.
• Oversee operational hub activities, challenge findings and guide teams as needed.
• Produce and share key performance indicators with relevant parties.
• Identify local improvement areas and collaborate with operational teams on incident analysis and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account reporting, financial middle/back‑office, control or consolidation processes.
• Strong experience in middle or back‑office environments.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Client‑focused mindset with resilience, flexibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in compliance with legal, regulatory and group policies.
