Chief of Staff

About the role

Redwire Space is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the EVP Space Europe and the EU Senior Leadership Team. The role acts as a central integrator across countries, functions, and business lines, translating leadership priorities into clear actions and decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide critical thinking, risk identification, de‑escalation tactics, and document action plans for the EVP and senior leaders.
• Serve as a sounding board and bridge between the EVP and the broader business.
• Coordinate executive operating rhythms, calendars, and cross‑functional projects across Europe and with US leadership.
• Prepare decision‑ready materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders to drive back‑office operations and business priorities.
• Work with finance leadership on budgets, performance reviews, re‑forecasts, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through change and step into interim leadership roles.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for business units.
• Accountability for governance, execution discipline, and risk escalation.
