Chief Information Security Officer – Cybersecurity Leader

About the role

As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) you will lead the security function for a client organization on behalf of Keystone Solutions. You will protect the business against cyber threats, ensure the resilience of IT services and guarantee compliance with NIS2, GDPR and other regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage federal audits related to IT security.
• Write, maintain and monitor security policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess and report IT risks to senior management.
• Promote a strong cybersecurity culture and awareness across the workforce.
• Coordinate security incident response with the IT department and communicate with management and authorities.
• Organise periodic checks of existing security controls.
• Serve as the primary liaison with federal authorities on cybersecurity matters.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience, including at least 5 years in information security.
• Strong knowledge of technical controls such as firewalls, anti‑virus, encryption and IAM solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure components (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, client/server architecture, network technologies).
• Ability to balance security risks with business priorities and communicate risk analyses.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, ISO 27005) and solid knowledge of the NIS2 directive.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security or Engineering Sciences.
