Senior Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to act as the technical bridge between client and market requirements and our Development & Integration delivery teams. Positioned at the heart of execution, you will ensure solutions are architected, built, and integrated effectively while safeguarding quality, scalability and long‑term maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs and tenders, producing solution designs, architecture diagrams, effort estimates and risk analyses.
• Own solution architecture from bid handover through delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Assess technical feasibility, scope, cost and timelines in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures across applications, integrations, data and infrastructure that are cost‑effective, scalable and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Define integration solutions using APIs, middleware, event‑driven patterns and data flows.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns and technical guardrails across projects.
• Guide development and integration squads on architectural decisions and conduct design reviews.
• Identify technical risks early, recommend mitigations and ensure non‑functional requirements such as performance, security and reliability are met.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in solution or software architecture and technical leadership within software development and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, API and integration design, micro‑services, event‑driven architecture and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to translate business and commercial requirements into feasible technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Experience providing architecture governance across multiple projects and teams.
• Solid understanding of non‑functional requirements including performance, scalability, security and maintainability.
