Chief Financial Officer – Remote

About the role

Hospitable is seeking a senior finance leader to drive growth and build lasting value for a profitable, international, multi‑entity SaaS marketplace. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will turn finance into an engine for strategic investment, disciplined scaling, and liquidity creation.

Key responsibilities

• Own capital deployment and make the case for high‑impact bets, providing leadership with clarity to invest confidently.
• Shape the long‑term financial future of the company, building value for the team and investors and acting as the primary financial liaison with external partners.
• Build and lead a deliberately lean, AI‑leveraged finance function across multiple jurisdictions, setting standards for finance operations and partnership.

Required profile

• Proven CFO experience leading finance through real scale and delivering lasting shareholder value.
• Deep international, multi‑entity, multi‑currency expertise.
• Strong command of cross‑border tax and compliance, including US indirect tax, EU VAT and Australian GST.
• Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA) with solid FP&A and financial‑modeling depth.
• Proactive communicator with high ownership and autonomy in a fast‑moving remote environment.
