Care Expert – Belgium

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its Belgian team. You will be the first point of contact for members, helping them with health‑related questions and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience across chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries promptly, providing clear, accurate and compassionate assistance.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to processes, tools and the product.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall member experience.
• Contribute to building and nurturing a growing care team in Belgium.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑support, education or communication role.
• Bilingual in English and Dutch or English and French.
• Strong passion for helping members and solving their problems.
