Capital Markets & Advisory Internship Program

About the role

Join a 3‑6 month internship in ING’s Capital Markets & Advisory division, working on live deals across Corporate Finance/M&A, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Sales or Corporate Investments. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment alongside senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering client pitches, including industry analysis and financial review.
• Gather and analyse data on potential acquisition or financing opportunities.
• Support transaction processes such as data‑room preparation, due diligence coordination, and documentation follow‑up.
• Draft transaction documents like process letters, information memoranda and valuation reports.
• Coordinate with clients, investors and external advisors throughout deal execution.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in capital markets and corporate finance.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, high‑pressure environment.
