Campus Recruitment, Event and Employer Branding Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join Accenture’s BeLux Recruitment team in Brussels. The role offers hands‑on exposure to campus recruitment, employer branding and event management within a global consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing recruitment events, workshops and career fairs on Belgian campuses.
• Support the creation of employer‑branding content for social media and communication channels.
• Help identify and engage student and graduate talent, guiding them through the early stages of the recruitment process.
• Take ownership of small projects related to campus strategy, data insights or HR operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Marcom, Finance and other corporate functions to ensure seamless event delivery.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in HR, recruitment or event management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work both independently and within a team.
