Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Internship

About the role

The Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support Accenture’s talent acquisition strategy across Belgian universities. Working within the BeLux Recruitment team, you will help design and deliver events, create employer branding content, and assist students in their first steps toward a professional career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing campus recruitment events, workshops and career fairs.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social‑media posts, videos and communication materials that showcase Accenture’s culture.
• Support the recruitment process by identifying prospective candidates, managing candidate communications and guiding them through application steps.
• Take ownership of small projects, such as data collection on event attendance or development of feedback surveys.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance and other corporate functions to ensure consistent messaging and smooth event logistics.

Required profile

• Current university student (Bachelor or Master) interested in HR, recruitment or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
