CAD Operator – Production Stencil Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated CAD Operator to join our Integrated Electronics team. In this position you will create production‑ready CAD‑CAM files for SMT stencils and support the full manufacturing workflow from design to shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Design production files using CAD‑CAM workstations that control laser and milling machines.
• Advise customers on stencil design during the SMT process.
• Operate laser equipment to produce SMT stencils.
• Operate milling machines for stencil manufacturing.
• Perform quality control of finished stencils with inspection and measuring instruments.
• Maintain the I‑Stencil production database.
• Pack stencils and prepare shipping documentation.
• Carry out basic maintenance on laser and milling equipment.
• Participate in project‑based, non‑routine tasks as required.

Required profile

• Eager to develop skills in CAD‑CAM through in‑house training.
• Basic understanding of production processes; SMT knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with PCs and software tools; willing to learn internal applications.
• Interest in operating laser and milling machines.
• Accurate work style with ability to use inspection and measuring tools.
• Good proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus.
