Business Manager

About the role

AYES Belgium is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships within its engineering and technology services. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, shaping strategic plans, and supporting the expansion of our international, agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic action plans to accelerate expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategy.
• Build and maintain client relationships through active engagement.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and performance follow‑up.
• Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance and effective people management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• First experience in business management, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
