Business Manager – Finance, Tech, HR & Legal (Brussels)

About the role

We are expanding our Brussels team and looking for a Business Manager who will own a desk across Finance, Technology, HR and Legal. You will act as both a sales driver and a talent partner, guiding clients from the first call to the candidate’s first day on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Map the market, identify decision‑makers and generate new business through cold calling, networking and follow‑up.
• Manage the full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, close and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Source and engage top talent via direct approach, LinkedIn and your network.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess hard skills and cultural fit, and build shortlists.
• Coordinate feedback loops, steer offer negotiations and guide candidates through every hiring step.
• Develop and maintain a talent community that grows over time.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with resilience under pressure and a passion for human interaction.
• Junior: bachelor’s degree minimum; Medior/Senior: 2+ years in B2B sales, recruitment, business development or consulting.
• Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow‑up.
• Bilingual in French & English or Dutch & English.
• Sector background is a plus but not required.
